I moved here about six months ago and have been pleasantly surprised by my experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any concerns I may have. My mobile home was in great condition upon moving in, and I appreciate the effort put into maintaining the units. The location is convenient, with grocery stores and parks just a short drive away. The only downside I’ve noticed is that parking can get a bit crowded, especially on weekends. While I usually manage, having more designated spots would be helpful. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and I look forward to what’s to come!

Having lived in this mobile home park for over a year now, I can honestly say it feels like family. The sense of community here is truly something special. I’ve lived here for a little over a year and it’s been a surprisingly positive experience! The park is serene, and I love the sense of community that’s fostered amongst the residents. Everyone seems to know each other, making it feel safe and friendly. The management is attentive, and they’re often seen around the park ensuring everything is running smoothly. I particularly enjoy the community events; they’ve truly helped me connect with my neighbors. My only minor complaint would be that sometimes the internet connection can be spotty, which can be frustrating, especially when working from home. But it’s not a dealbreaker. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable yet welcoming environment!

I recently moved into this mobile home park and so far, my experience has been wonderful! The friendly vibe hit me right from the start; the community is warm and welcoming. I love that there are monthly events that bring everyone together. The grounds are clean, and I often see maintenance staff working diligently to keep everything in top shape. The location is ideal—close to shopping and parks. That said, I do think some of the facilities could use an update, particularly the laundry room. It works fine, but new machines would really make it more convenient. Overall, though, I’m very happy with my choice of living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and friendly place!

I’ve been living in this mobile home park for over two years, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The management team is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. Whenever I've had maintenance requests, they’ve been handled quickly and professionally. There are a lot of great communal activities that really foster a sense of belonging among residents, such as potluck dinners and movie nights. Plus, the atmosphere is so peaceful, making it a perfect escape from the busy city life. If I had one suggestion, it would be to consider adding some outdoor seating areas so we can enjoy the beautiful weather more easily. But honestly, this place has been a wonderful home for me.
